Returns

We will be honest, we REALLY want you to love your Soapfullness products and if you don’t, please let us know.

You have 14 days to cancel your order from us and up to another 14 days to send it back to us. All items must be returned unused and in the same packaging and condition that they were sent to you in.  

If you wish to make a return please email orders@soapfullness.co.uk and please tell us:

* Your Name
 *The items you are returning

We are only able to offer returns to the original payment method that was used to purchase the order.

Please note:
You are responsible for return postage costs and we strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage and tracked postage to ensure that your items are covered for insurance purposes. Sadly, we are unable to take any responsibility for parcels until they are in our possession and will not be able to refund until we have received it. If the item is lost in the post, you will need to claim via the postal provider that you used. 

As soon as we receive the item back, we will let you know and arrange a refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to clear into your account.  

 

Please note that if items are undelivered and not collected via the postal provider (e.g. Royal Mail) and then subsequently  returned to us by the postal provider, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the total order to cover the costs of the admin involved. As a small business we strive to provide the best customer service but we also need to ensure that we survive  and cover our costs. This is a rare occurrence.

Damaged Items
Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your item and please attach a picture and we will sort it out from there. [Please note that when you send these items back to us please also email your proof of postage.
